I worked my first show last night... It was awesome. I have uploaded all of the photos. Uploaded Photos (https://picasaweb.google.com/bweaver1985/MarllinsFireworks040111?authkey=Gv1sRgCKTlvdHGxcfU _gE#)

I got the scare of my life when a 4" shell detonated in the tube which ruined about 3 racks of fiberglass mortars. When the shell detonated the rack blew apart the shell in the tube next to it launched and flew over our shoulder @ head height right over the firing panel and detonated. I took a bunch of stars to the leg. What a thrill...

We are thinking it was a defective shell. We stamped down every shell with a long pole.

Weaver, did anyone on the crew mention anything about the difference in length of the guns? Some of them look at least a foot longer than others. Are the taller ones simply an older style? Maybe someone can chime in here about mortar length, and how/why it's changed over the years.

I know the longer guns make the shell go higher.

We arrived at Sun-Life stadium @ 10:30 AM. We left at 12:45 AM the next day. We had a crew of 9. 1 Lead Shooter, 4 Shooter Assistants, and about 4 Trainees

Dave here is the information you wanted. We used Fire-One with UniMod modules and some rail modules. We did remove shells that were not used and removed the quick match from them.

Working on your first display and it is a pyro musical, that is great. I looked at your video it looked like two FireOne Lites were in use. I assume one was for backup. My wish for you is for Pyrotecnico to call to ask you to help with more displays. Thanks for giving all of us some great pictures and video to let us share you fun time.

It was a pyro musical. However i added that music later after. The music was played inside the stadium and we could not hear it so i manually added different music with my video production software.
