Relampagos (Portugal)

I am going to start this Portugal sections of the forums. In 2011 I posted a video about what was then an unknown fireworks product. The consensus was the 1.3 cake was from Portugal and it is called Relampagos. This word in Spanish means “Flash of Lightening”. This cake continues to be in my top ten 1.3 cakes.
If memory serves me correctly I did this video during a display by AM Pyrotechnics. The music playing is very appropriate for the effect.

In 2006
The record for the largest firework display was achieved on Madeira Island, Portugal on 31 December 2006 by Macedo´s Pirotecnia
