In the Netherlands they sell the last 3 days of the year (29,30 and 31 of December) fireworks. When one of the dates become on a sunday they will sell either on the 28th of December.

The rules about fireworks became pretty strict after the fireworks disaster in Enschede.

A shop needs to build a bunker with sprinkler installations, and in the shop there is a storage limit of 500kg fireworks! This is total weight not in SAS!

A movie from a dutch shop preparing last December for the sell of fireworks:

All the fireworks in the shop are dummy's! The display shells either because they are illegal for consumers in the Netherlands!

Hi, Dutch-fireworks, nice to know the selling information about your country and thanks for your sharing. May I have your name? Mine is Cynthia.

We used to exported a couple of containers to Danmark, including items of cakes, fountains, rockets and displayshells. Do your two countries follow the same regulations of fireworks? Or is there any difference?
