I would like to get more information on this incident in Chicago. From what I read, this was an unapproved fireworks display. From the looks of things, it appears like a firework free for all in this park area.

Fireworks are only dangerous to people who are unaware that they can be harmful if used used incorrectly within tight groups of people also doing the same thing.

By the looks of it, not one item was staked to the ground, well now would ya look at that!

Small area + a lot of people + fireworks = something bound to go wrong.

It's truly sad what occurred. Some people just don't recognize the dangers of fireworks if you don't set them off properly. Poor girl.
