You dont understand one word of it but you can see how it goes.

In Holland we have not heavy fireworks but a lot. Diffrent, rockets, cakes, strings a lot. But expensive, Germany is cheap but have no big assortiment.

It sounds like that Black Cobra 12.5 is made with black powder. I have seen “Spanish Crackers” before but not the ones you have in the video. The ones you have in the video appear to be made to look to more potent then they really are. Occasionally good firecrackers make their way into United States mislabeled as a 1.4 Consumer Firecracker. Still nothing as load as the Cobras from Italy etc.

Yeah cobra 12.5 is made with black powder is a dutch marketing immatation.
They lift of the fame from the cobra 6 a truelly nice banger filled with flashpowder.

The spanish crackers are also a steal of populair foreign bangers which are not allowed here. Think of BSC, big spanish cracker. Sadly enough.

For the last 2 years the importers have been immatating the looks of illegal fireworks like this, however its still all black powder and doesnt even come close to to the real deal.

Although i should add that the dutch black spanish cracker, which has the appareance of an illegal banger actually goes harder then the average dutch banger and is their for a good banger (when speaking of dutch standards)

Don't really understand the point Xtremrides wants to make with this topic. Probably a quick look in to the Dutch firework market.
A lot of to loud and dangerous (flash containing) bangers are favorite but illegal in The Netherlands. They are bought abroad.
Dutch firework traders make legal black powder copies of those populair illegal bangers, hoping that people will buy them too.

In The Netherlands there are some simple rules according to fireworks:
1. Fireworks can only be sold to the public in the last 3 days of the year.
2. Fireworks may only be used by the public during the last day of the year (Dec.31st) from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
3. Bangers in The Netherlands may only contain black powder, never flash or other Chlorate based chemicals.
