Those are very nice effects. I always enjoy seeing how the packaging varies from one country to another. Apparently from what you have told us you can not purchase these shells independent of the mortar tube.At least at the consumer level. For example, here in United States these “Artillery Shells” we call them are supplied 12 shells per one mortar. We can then reload the same mortar multiple times. The mortars are usually made of strong fiberglass or cardboard. In the future I will try to do a video about how they are packaged for sale in USA.

To get a 3 inch shell outside of mortar would be weird for the uneducated public.So they prefer giving it with launchung tube,these kind of shells require lift powder. the mortar can be later used for gardening lol.
